Description NEVER HOLD THE RECEIVER BY THE TAKEDOWN PIN LUGS WHEN TORQUING THE BARREL NUT! This receiver is machined from a solid block of 7075 billet aluminum and is much more rigid than a standard mil-spec receiver. Ejection port opening is .665″ wide for use with 458 SOCOM, 375 SOCOM, 450 Bushmaster, 12.7×42 etc, but can also be used for smaller calibers such as 5.56. The bolt carrier thru-hole is machined in one pass from one end, unlike cheaper receivers that have been bored from each end, resulting in a seam/step in the middle. This is a very nice upgrade for your heavy hitting, heavy recoiling big bore upper. Shipped complete with standard mil-spec ejection port cover and forward assist assembly installed.
