Thread is M26 x 1.5 The skirt portion of the nut (that slides over the barrel shank) has an ID of 1.168″ . Your barrel shank OD must be smaller than 1.168″ to use this nut. This is for the standard Howa 1500 short and long action barrels. Does Not fit the Mini action/barrel. Requires small shank Savage barrel nut wrench for installation and removal. 303 Stainless Steel
